An independent look at how your organization operates and where AI genuinely helps. We study how the work actually runs today, where the real work happens, what could be automated, and where AI would earn its keep. Just as importantly, where it would not.
What you receive is a roadmap that belongs to you. It makes you an informed buyer. Every proposal that crosses your desk afterward gets measured against an assessment that was done for your benefit rather than the seller’s.

Navigating the waters
Integration and Custom Builds
Your existing tools, connected and working together, with AI in the seams where it earns its keep. When the thing you need does not exist yet, we build it. Some crews board here with a job already in mind, and that is a fine place to start.
That work does not end on a launch date. Conditions change, the organization grows, and the course gets corrected. We build the integrations and sail alongside your crew while they learn the water.

AI Integration Training
Tools without capability walk out the door with the consultant. We curate training around the systems we built together, so the organization grows its own capability in-house. Sometimes it is the whole engagement: nothing built, just your people taught to do the work themselves.
Our part of the voyage is finished when your crew can sail it without us.
